2. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through the website and confirmed by payment via Stripe. After payment, a project coordinator contacts you within one business day to confirm the project brief and delivery timeline. Work begins after the brief is confirmed.
3. Delivery
All copy is delivered digitally to the email provided at checkout. Files are delivered as editable documents. Timelines are confirmed during the project briefing process and begin from receipt of all required source material.
4. Revisions
Revision rounds included in each plan are for feedback within the original scope. Changes that alter the scope, audience, or fundamental strategy of the brief are quoted separately.
5. Limitation of Liability
copywritingaddicts is responsible for errors directly attributable to our writers within the confirmed scope. We are not responsible for marketing results, conversion rates, or losses that may result from the performance of the copy in the market.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lake County, Indiana.
